Connecting people who cultivate biodiversity
Imagine a digital place where every producer, researcher, and enthusiast can meet, exchange seeds, document their experiments, and grow a shared knowledge that is free and open to all. This is the very spirit animating this space, built with HumHub, a free software that belongs to us all.
Unlike commercial platforms that monetize your data and profit from your interactions, Seed Routes preserves your digital privacy. It rests on the transparency of open source and the sovereignty of hosting in Switzerland with Infomaniak. Here, your exchanges on biodiversity remain under your sole control, with no opaque algorithms or intrusive advertising. Technology steps back to become a simple facilitator, leaving the stage entirely to humans and living systems.

At the heart of our organization lie the "Spaces". Think of them as digital gardens or specific plots where communities flourish. Whether you wish to join a group dedicated to local tomato varieties, collaborate on a conservation project, or simply share your seasonal observations, each space offers a secure and adapted framework to collectively grow your ideas.
To never miss a seed exchange or an important discussion, carry the platform in your pocket. Our official mobile app is available free of charge for all smartphones. Simply scan the QR codes below or click the buttons to install it and stay connected to the network, wherever you are in your fields or gardens.
